Thames Lodge No. 1895

Thames Lodge is the eldest of the six craft lodges in Henley. Indeed, many of the other lodges in Henley are the daughter lodges of Thames Lodge. Temple Island Lodge for example was the first daughter lodge; and then came Upper Thames Lodge . Danesfield Lodge is the daughter lodge of Temple Island Lodge and as such is known as the Granddaughter Lodge of Thames Lodge. Not many lodges have granddaughters!

Thames Lodge also has a Royal Arch Lodge, Thames Chapter, named after it, as well as Mark and Royal Ark Mariner Lodges, Thames Mark and Thames Ram.
